Why ATMO School

Everything a serious student needs, in one place

Not a video library with a forum attached. A school with teachers who know your name, data that shows exactly where you stand, and a plan for what comes after the exams.

A route, not a course list

We start from the university and degree you want, then work backwards to the subjects, grades and evidence you need.

Progress you can actually see

Every task, test and lesson feeds a live picture of your performance. No waiting for a term report to find out something slipped.

Skills the syllabus skips

Academic writing, research, argument and time management — taught deliberately, because universities assess them from day one.

Exam technique, drilled

Past papers under timed conditions, examiner-style marking and spaced revision built into the schedule.

A parent dashboard

Attendance, grades, mentor notes and forecasts in one view. Visibility without having to ask.

A real cohort

Small groups, speaking clubs and study sessions with students in forty countries. Online, not alone.

Student stories

What studying here actually feels like

I moved countries twice during Year 12 and did not miss a single lesson. My mentor rebuilt my timetable both times and my predicted grades never dropped.

The exam clinics were the difference. Two months of marked past papers and I finally understood what the examiner was looking for rather than guessing.
Daniel K.Offer from Imperial — Mechanical EngineeringMathematics · Physics · Chemistry
I train six days a week, so a normal sixth form was never going to work. Lessons were recorded, my mentor kept me on schedule, and I still got the grades.

Our story

Built by teachers, not by investors

ATMO School exists to make a British education available to a student who happens not to live in Britain — or who lives there and needs a school that bends around training, touring or treatment.

We are a registered Cambridge International School. Our teachers are UK-based and many sit on examination boards, so the feedback you get is the feedback an examiner would give.

How we teach

One platform, and a person behind it

Lessons, resources, assessment and analytics live in the ATMO learning platform. Your mentor reads the same data you do, which is why conversations start with evidence rather than impressions.

  1. Mon–Fri

    01Live lessons, small groups

Two to four sessions a subject each week, taught by a UK teacher. Recorded the same day if you cannot attend.

  2. Between lessons

    02Set work with checkpoints

Tasks and quizzes on the platform. Anything you get wrong comes back until the data says the topic is solid.

  3. Every fortnight

    03Mentor review

Your mentor walks through the numbers with you and adjusts the plan. Parents see the same dashboard.

Students, parents and mentors all work inside the same platform — study.atmoschool.com

  • Live small-group lessons

Taught by UK teachers, recorded and available the same day.

  • Assessment that adapts

Weak topics come back more often until the data says they are solid.

  • Forecast grades

Predictions updated continuously, not invented at reference time.

  • A mentor who follows up

One named person responsible for keeping you on plan.

Questions

The things families ask first

What qualification will my child actually receive?

A Cambridge International IGCSE or A-Level certificate, depending on the programme. These are the same qualifications issued to students in British schools and are recognised by universities in the UK, Europe, North America, Asia and Australia.

Can ATMO be combined with another school?

Yes, and many families do exactly that — keeping their national school for the local diploma while taking A-Levels with us. A-Level is demanding, so it works when the student is genuinely motivated and the timetable is planned properly. Your mentor helps build that plan before you commit.

Which subjects can we choose from?

Twelve: Biology, Business, Chemistry, Computer Science, Economics, English Language, Geography, History, Mathematics, Physics, Psychology and Sociology. Most students take three at A-Level.

How do the online lessons work?

Live, in small groups, on our own platform. The teacher presents, students work through problems and ask questions in real time. Every lesson is recorded and available the same day, so a missed session or a different time zone is not a problem.

Where are the examinations taken?

At an authorised Cambridge examination centre near you. We help you find the centre, meet the registration deadlines and prepare the entry — but the examination fee is paid directly to that centre.
